Who we are

This website is operated by Main Street Renovators, a bathroom renovation business based in Melbourne, Victoria. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Main Street Renovators.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this website we collect what you give us:

  • your name, phone number, email address and suburb
  • the service you are interested in and anything you tell us about the job
  • any photos you choose to attach

We also record how you reached the site (for example, a Google search, an ad or another website), the first page you visited and the page the form was on, so we know which of our marketing is working.

Like most websites, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads, loaded through Google Tag Manager, which use cookies to measure visits and to tell us when an ad led to an enquiry or a call. If you arrive from one of our Google ads, the phone number shown may be a Google forwarding number so that calls from the ad can be counted. Google's use of this data is described at policies.google.com.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare for and quote your job, and carry it out if you go ahead. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Your enquiry is sent to us by email and kept in our records. The people and services that help us run the business (for example, our website host and email provider) may handle it on our behalf.

Access and correction
